Quotation Phase:
Simply email us the specification/files of your requirement and we will turn around a competitive quotation within 12-24 hours. A sales representative will contact you via voice or email to discuss the details. Based on the requirement, we will mutually decide weather to process the job with one of our domestic or over seas partners.

Order Confirmation:
Upon confirmation of the order, send us the manufacturing files. Our engineers will analyze and edit the files, and send them back to you for final approval. Upon request, we can supply a first run article for approval (within 2 weeks) prior to processing the complete order. General turn around time is 3-5 weeks.

Order Status:
During the manufacturing process, we will provide you with a regular status of your order. Upon shipping, a confirmation email with AWB will be sent to your attention.

Logistics:
AccuCircuits will be responsible for delivery of your order to your dock. This includes freight and customs clearance charges (our prices are quoted with delivery).
